Randy, I wanted to first and foremost, thank you for everything you have done to help me find my house. I could not be anymore pleased at the house I bought. I got a great deal, it doesn't need major fix-ups, is clean (but I'm still going to do my own sanitizing), and it is in a perfect area that I would feel comfortable walking at night. It's perfect! This whole process has been a first for me; in the sense that I never have purchased a house all by myself. With this house, it has everything that I had on my "must have" list!!!!! Certainly, there are things that I want to upgrade, but the guts of the house are so perfect for me! Not to mention that it was clean, don't need to replace much, just need a washer and dryer. How much better does that get??? I'm sure 80% of home owners don't walk into their house without knowing that they need to do some work (and I'm not talking about minor stuff like caulking this or that, replacing filters - that's easy stuff). But with my house, I can just walk in, put furniture in it, and call it mine. How much more wonderful can something like that be? Secondly, I just want to thank you for being you. You are very intuitive to what a buyer wants and your selections that you sent me were perfect. And your honesty with me did not go unnoticed. I always felt comfortable with what your thoughts were of different houses; you weren't just looking to make a sale, you were making sure I didn't make a big mistake. That is huge, in my opinion. Plus you are a pretty funny guy! <-that's a compliment, not a sarcastic comment. Lastly, I cannot say how much I appreciate the book!!!!! I brought it home and spent over 2 hrs reading and looking at the pics. You have no idea how much I enjoy looking at older pictures, reading about how towns were settled, and seeing what something looked like "back then" and how it looks now. Honestly! Looking back at time is so fascinating to me. If I go to antique shops, I always buy the "old" pics they are selling just to see what it was like then, and if there are settlement stories with them, I grab them too. I total confiscated the old pics my grandmother had, and those mean so much to me because its family photos. Just to see excerpts of years gone by, intrigues me. It's just something I love, and that book, well....how did you know???? Anyway, I really just want to let you know how much of an impact you had on me while trying to find a house. After a few meetings with you, I trusted you, and put all my trust in your direction - and you NEVER steered me wrong. Thank you! I hope that I am able to work with you again at some point. And trust me with this, if anyone ever needs to have a realtor, I will always sing your praises and send people your way. Thank you very much again. Our whole experience with working with you on selling our house and buying the new one was nothing less then absolutely wonderful and we cant thank you enough for everything.

In August I went on the Troubleshooter website to find a Realtor for a condo I needed to sell. I had previous good experiences with getting references from your website and did not want to take chances with any of my friends who are Realtors in a tough market. So, I again turned to Tom Martino's referral list and chose Randy Willis.
I couldn't be happier with his performance. The market was tough but he does a great job of advertising. He seemed to take the position that there was somebody looking for my condominium, and we just needed to let them know it was there. Within weeks, I got a decent offer. At the inspection, several problems were discovered that the HOA needed to take care of. While those matters were being addressed, the buyer discovered he couldn't get the loan anyway. After months of getting the place fixed by the HOA, I put it back on the market - in December!! I didn't think there would be a chance of getting a buyer in December, but because of Randy's advertising we had 6 showings in the period from December 15-26th culminating in another offer. We close this coming Monday.
In the face of all the repairs, the difficult marketplace, a reticent HOA and management company, Randy got the job done. All the while, Randy was all business. He was straightforward and direct without being condescending. He kept me informed without giving me false hopes or false gloom. He has been completely honest with me in all our conversations and dealings. I have never had such trust or confidence in a Realtor.
I have recommended him to everyone I know who may be in the market. By nature, I'm a curmudgeon, prone to criticism. I bring this up only to emphasize that I am not prone to gushy praise. Randy earned it.
Please forward this information to Tom Martino and express my gratitude to him for having a place where consumers can find professionals like Randy.
