Our team is led by Randy Willis, a Colorado resident of over 40 years with 8+ years of real estate experience helping people buy and sell homes, property management, and investment property rehabs. We have sold homes throughout the Denver Metro area but focus mainly in the areas of Arapahoe and Douglas Counties including Centennial, Greenwood Village, Englewood, Parker, Castle Rock, Littleton, and Highlands Ranch.
Randy is a certified Realtor and has earned several designations including the GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), and the National Association of Realtor's E-Pro designation.

As added assurance for all our clients we include an “Easy Out” clause in every agency agreement. It reads: "If you are not satisfied with our service you may cancel your agreement at any time". Although we include this clause in every agency agreement with our clients, no one has ever exercised it.
